下载、访问或使用 FitAlarm，即表示你同意本服务条款和隐私政策。如不同意，请勿使用应用。本条款同时引用并纳入 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议；如两者冲突，以适用法律和 Apple 对其平台交易的规则为准。

2. 使用资格与责任

你应具备接受本条款所需的法律行为能力。未成年人应在父母或法定监护人许可与监督下使用。你有责任确保设备电量、音量、系统权限、勿扰模式、网络或其他设置适合你的预期用途。

3. 应用功能

FitAlarm 可让你安排闹钟，并通过摄像头辅助的动作挑战完成关闭流程。动作次数由设备端算法估算，可能因光线、机位、遮挡、设备性能、身体位置或系统状态而出现延迟、漏计或误计。

为避免紧急情况下无法停止提醒，应用可能提供紧急退出方式。使用紧急退出可能影响连续记录或挑战状态。

4. 运动与健康安全

• 开始前请确认周围空间安全、地面稳定，并妥善放置设备。
• 请根据自身健康和体能选择动作与次数；如感到疼痛、眩晕或不适，应立即停止。
• 如有受伤、疾病、孕期或其他健康顾虑，请先咨询合格的医疗或运动专业人士。
• 不要在驾驶、操作设备或任何无法安全运动的场景中使用动作挑战。

你自行承担参与运动的决定和风险。FitAlarm 不诊断、治疗或预防任何疾病，也不保证特定健康、健身或习惯养成结果。

5. Pro 购买

年度订阅

年度 Pro 是自动续期订阅。价格和币种以购买确认界面显示为准。对符合资格的用户，App Store 可能提供 7 天免费试用；资格由 Apple 决定。试用结束前至少 24 小时未取消时，订阅将按所示价格自动转为付费并续期。Apple 通常会在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内向你的 Apple 账户收费。

永久解锁

永久 Pro 是一次性、非消耗型购买，为当前 FitAlarm 应用提供持续的 Pro 功能访问。它不是对所有未来独立产品、外部服务或永远持续运营的保证。

管理、取消与恢复

所有付款由 Apple 处理。你可以在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中管理或取消订阅；删除应用不会自动取消订阅。退款资格和付款争议由 Apple 按其政策处理。使用相同 Apple 账户时，可在应用中使用“恢复购买”尝试恢复有效权益。

6. 可接受使用

你不得干扰应用运行、绕过购买验证、逆向工程到法律禁止之外的程度、利用应用侵犯他人权利，或将其用于违法、危险、欺诈或滥用目的。

7. 知识产权

FitAlarm 的名称、图标、界面、文字、软件和其他原创内容由我们或相应权利人所有，并受适用的知识产权法律保护。应用授予你的是个人、有限、非独占、不可转让的使用许可，而非所有权。

8. 可用性与免责声明

应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。在法律允许范围内，我们不保证应用始终不中断、无错误、适用于每台设备，也不保证每个闹钟都能在所有系统状态下触发或每次动作都能准确识别。系统更新、权限、设备关机或静音、系统资源限制及 Apple 服务状态均可能影响功能。

请勿将 FitAlarm 作为医疗、安保、消防、照护、考试、交通或其他安全关键场景的唯一闹钟或提醒方式。

9. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用 FitAlarm 造成的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失负责，包括错过日程、数据丢失、收入损失或运动损伤。法律不允许排除的消费者权利不受本条款影响。

10. 变更、暂停与终止

我们可能更新、调整或停止部分功能，以改善产品、安全性或满足法律和平台要求。你可随时停止使用并删除应用。若你严重违反本条款，我们可在法律允许范围内限制访问。

11. 条款变更与联系

我们可能更新本条款，并在本页面注明新的生效日期。继续使用更新后的应用即表示你接受修订后的条款。对本条款有疑问，请通过支持中心联系我们。

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using FitAlarm, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement is incorporated by reference. Where terms conflict, applicable law and Apple's rules for its platform transactions control.

2. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Minors should use FitAlarm only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that device power, volume, system permissions, Focus settings, connectivity, and other settings suit your intended use.

3. App Features

FitAlarm lets you schedule alarms and complete a camera-assisted movement challenge as part of the dismissal flow. Repetition counts are estimates produced on the device and may be delayed, missed, or incorrect because of lighting, camera placement, occlusion, device performance, body position, or system conditions.

The app may provide an emergency exit so an alert can be stopped when necessary. Using it may affect a streak or challenge status.

4. Exercise and Health Safety

• Confirm that the surrounding area and floor are safe, and place your device securely.
• Choose movements and repetition goals appropriate for your health and ability. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Consult a qualified medical or fitness professional first if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or other health concern.
• Do not use movement challenges while driving, operating equipment, or anywhere exercise cannot be performed safely.

You assume responsibility for deciding whether to exercise and for the associated risks. FitAlarm does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition and does not promise specific health, fitness, or habit-building results.

5. Pro Purchases

Annual subscription

Annual Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and currency shown on the purchase confirmation screen apply. The App Store may offer a 7-day free trial to eligible users, with eligibility determined by Apple. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, the subscription converts to paid access and renews automatically at the displayed price. Apple generally charges your Apple Account within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Lifetime unlock

Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that provides ongoing access to Pro features in the current FitAlarm app. It does not promise access to every future standalone product or external service, or guarantee that the service will operate forever.

Manage, cancel, and restore

Apple processes all payments. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund eligibility and billing disputes under its policies. When using the same Apple Account, you can use Restore Purchases in the app to attempt to restore an active entitlement.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not disrupt the app, bypass purchase verification, reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, use it to violate another person's rights, or use it for unlawful, dangerous, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The FitAlarm name, icon, interface, text, software, and other original content belong to us or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, not ownership of it.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, that every alarm will trigger under every system condition, or that every movement will be counted accurately. System updates, permissions, a powered-off or muted device, resource limits, and Apple service availability may affect operation.

Do not use FitAlarm as your only alarm or reminder for medical, security, fire, caregiving, examinations, transportation, or any other safety-critical purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use FitAlarm, including missed commitments, lost data, lost income, or exercise injury. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve the product or meet security, legal, or platform requirements. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may restrict access for a material violation of these Terms where permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms and Contact

We may update these Terms and post the new effective date here. Continued use of an updated app means you accept the revised Terms. For questions, contact us through the Support Center.
